English Stuff

A collection of my English texts - most of them still need to get overworked.
So it would be nice if you help me to find the mistakes - just leave a comment and tell.
Thank you and enjoy it here

Don't know

Don't know what to say
all seems so sad to me
nothing matters and
nothing will keep me from going

Don't know why it has come this way
do you know it?

Don't know what has kept me here so long
anyway everything went wrong
my friends left
and I'm still here
more death as living

By and by I lost the relation to reality
but now I don't want to get it back again
in this virtuality I'm free
no-one cares who I am
no-one cares what I am

Don't know how I could have lived without it
reality is gone
virtuality has come
and I wish it to stay.

By the way

By the way,
she never thought
anyone would give
her a little respect.

By the way,
he never thought
anyone could be strong
like that girl.

By the way,
they never had
a chance to be
together as they
wanted to be.

By the way,
they got far away
a new home, a new life
and love under the stars.

nothing special

everybody's telling me the same
you're nothing special

but why?

there are so many things I can do
which others can't or don't want to do

there are so many things I do
which others will never be doing

but everybody keeps on telling me
you're nothing special

but I say
I'm something special
just because I am

I tell the world my dreams
and the world keeps on turning

I tell the people my dreams
and the people keep on walking

I tell my dreams to you
and you turn around to me
and say:
you're something special

may the world keep on turning
may the people keep on walking
may some keep on telling you're nothing special

but I tell you
for me you are someone special

Jesus Christ Superstar

I see sadness
I see that there's still hope

You seem to be broken
but your eyes still shine

You seem not believe
even though so many
believe in you

But see
there is a light
there is more than you can see at the moment

Trust him
he will lead you

Rain

Outside it rains.
Inside it rains.
The weather is like a foolish child,
thinking of what nonsense it sould do next.

Outside it rains.
Inside it rains.
Yesterday the sun filled my heart with rays of light.
Now the rain fills it with sadness.

Outside it rains.
Inside it rains.
Maybe that the sun shines tomorrow.
Maybe that she'll never shine again.
Maybe that the rain will never stop.
Maybe what will be.

Outside it rains.
But inside the sun will shine.

Prisoned life

Everything she wants - she gets it
Everything she needs - she got it
Everything she does - becomes good
Anything she wishes - it happens

But one thing she's missing,
she miss to have real friends,
she miss to be free,
she miss to be alone
and she miss to bei herself.

When she stands up,
someone is already waiting
to read from her face
what she wishes for breakfast.

When she comes out of the bath,
someone is already waiting for her
to read in her eyes
what she wants to wear for the day.

When she is ready with breakfast,
someone is already waiting
to read from her body
what she wants to do next.

But no-one of them
would ever let her go free,
let her stand up alone,
let her take breakfast alone.

They would rather die
as to let her be free.
No-one would ever
let her be herself.

Past

Old memories hold me in their hands
they hold me hard
and hardly won't let me go.

Every time I thought
I would be free
they came back
to take me down.

Now I have found myself
and I am free.
I have learned to take my memories
as a part of me.
